Managing Transactions
View, filter, and manage every payment processed through your account from one screen.
What it is
The transactions page is a sortable, filterable ledger of every payment attempt. Each row shows the transaction ID, amount, status, payment method, customer, and timestamp. The detail panel exposes the full lifecycle — authorization, capture, settlement, refunds, and any disputes.
When to use it
Use this page to investigate a specific payment, issue a refund, reconcile a settlement batch, or export activity for accounting.
Step-by-step
- Open Transactions from the sidebar.
- Filter by status, payment method, or date range — or search by transaction ID, customer, or description.
- Click any row to open the detail sheet with timeline, customer, and invoice links.
- Use Accept payment (collect now) or Transactions New Transaction for keyed sandbox entry. Refund from the detail sheet.
Common pitfalls
Refund after capture or settlement. Void only an authorized hold — not after capture. Collect now is a Dashboard (keyed) APT sandbox charge (amount only; no card number on the page).
