What it is
Reports give you historical and trend views across every payment method. Each report supports filters, CSV/PDF export, and links to the underlying transactions.
- Decline Analytics — issuer codes, retry success rates
- Mandate Compliance — network rule conformance
- Chargebacks & Fraud — disputes by source and outcome
- ACH Returns — R-code breakdowns and NOC changes
When to use it
Run reports for end-of-month reconciliation, when investigating a decline spike, or when preparing a network-mandated compliance review.
Step-by-step
- Open Reports from the sidebar.
- Pick a report and adjust the date range and filters.
- Click Export to download CSV or PDF.
- For programmatic access, use the Reports API endpoint.
Common pitfalls
Exports respect the active filters. Clear filters before exporting if you want the full dataset.
