By accessing or using Apt Commerce services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use our services.

Apt Commerce provides payment processing services including card payments, ACH transfers, and stablecoin transactions. Services are subject to approval and ongoing compliance verification.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and API keys. You must promptly notify us of any unauthorized access or security breach.

Transaction fees are charged according to your selected plan. Fees are deducted from settled amounts or charged to the payment method on file. Current schedules are on the pricing page.

You may not use our services for illegal activities, fraud, money laundering, or any purpose that violates applicable law. We reserve the right to suspend accounts engaged in prohibited activities.

Apt Commerce is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the fees paid by you in the preceding 12 months.

Either party may terminate the agreement with 30 days written notice. We may suspend services immediately if we detect violations of these terms or applicable law.
