Refund windows & rules
How long you have to refund, partial refund rules, and currency handling.
Refund window
- Card: up to 120 days from the original transaction.
- ACH: up to 60 days. After that, send funds via a separate credit.
- Stablecoin: there is no built-in refund — issue a new payout to the customer wallet.
Partial refunds
You can refund any amount up to the original charge total. Multiple partial refunds are allowed up to that cap.
Currency
Refunds are always issued in the original transaction currency, regardless of FX rate movement.
