How long records are kept and how to export your data.
Retention
- Transaction records: 7 years (regulatory minimum).
- PII fields (full PAN, full Tax ID, full bank account): tokenized; raw values are never stored unmasked.
- Webhook delivery logs: 90 days.
- Audit log: 7 years.
Export
Settings → Data Portability lets you queue a full CSV export at any time. Exports are scoped to your account and signed with a one-hour download URL.
