What happens to balances, customers, and stored data.
Before you close
- Settle any outstanding balance (positive or negative).
- Refund any disputed transactions still inside the response window.
- Export your data via Settings → Data Portability.
What happens after
- API keys are disabled immediately.
- Customer vault tokens are purged after the regulatory retention window.
- Your audit log remains accessible to you for 30 days, then is archived.
